		<description>It sounds to me like Plum Island IS in fact the most suitable site. An island is the easiest place to quarantine, and the facility already exists there, so it doesn&#039;t seem like a big inconvenience to the neighbors. Why does Hillary oppose it anyway? Someone has got to step up in the name of scientific research and the risks at Plum Island seem like the most manageable.</description>
