I am wondering if Al Gore still have the power to lead this country and the world to a more promising future. Is it possible? somehow? by overwhelming popular demand? To continue the path forced on us by the corporations, through the purchase of our elected officials is not only against individuals but also against the country, humanity and the Earth itself. I am afraid that this country could fall into despair and that the government would have to resort to unthinkable force to maintain order. That the Governor of Illinois is considering calling the National Guard to control the amount of murders in Chicago is only a symptom of the already happening social disruptions.
