		<description>Wow, that&#039;s gotta hurt a NASA engineer somewhere.  1600 pounds of weights in an active mass damper?  That 1600 pounds comes right out of payload capacity (with a steep multiplier effect to orbit).  They get to dump it along with the entire first stage when stage 1 burns out, but still.  Ouch!

I guess they had to fix the problem somehow.</description>
