		<description>Ahhhh ! The least environmentally sensitive administration since WWII wants to save critters and coral in the Pacific ? Remember that Johnston Atoll was and a U.S. nuclear weapons test site, a missile launch site for some of the first spy satellites, and later the site of the Johnston Atoll Chemical Agent Disposal System (JACADS). I am sure that the military left behind "objects of historic and scientific" interest. Too bad Cheney/ Bush are more concerned about letting sleeping dogs lie rather than protecting the planet. Indeed, if easily recoverable resources were found there they would quickly change their tune.</description>
