Politics interfering in science fact? interesting… seems this is the South African equivalent of the Bush administration’s denial of anthropogenic climate change!

We wonder why the south African leaders took so long to admit the link between HIV and AIDS. It’s an easy equation that can be resolved by anyone whose head’s on the shoulders.
Such behavior from last president Mbeki and health minister prevented millions of people from having drugs that weakened the Virus, and releif from that pandemic, although they know their continent is the most affected.

We actually congratulate the new government for admitting the reality, this connection between HIV and AIDS, but would like to tell them to be careful, cause so many times, help from western countries has caused so much pain to Africa. We can assure that many times, their treatment is worst than the illness.
