I want to see an elephant one day and I hope they are still there by the time I will be able to afford to see one with my own eyes within the elephant´s natural environment (and not just at the local zoo)! Is there any law that prohobits the purchase and import of ivory? I truley hope there is and I dare say there ought to be that kind of animal protection law! Are jewellery shops allowed to sell ivory? That is an activity that should be forbidden considering the recent and truley dramatic situation of elephants.
