I have been following this great project here in Minnesota where AARP partnered with Dan Buettner (author of Blue Zones) to transform a small community into a healthier environment. Citizens are walking more, growing their own foods, participating in community events, living better and healing the environment! Check it out www.bluezones.com. It is the Vitality Project. Love it!
