I precisely desired to thank you so much again. I do not know the things I could possibly have made to happen in the absence of those techniques contributed by you relating to this topic. Entirely was the intimidating issue in my position, nevertheless seeing this specialised manner you processed it forced me to weep with delight. I am happy for this work as well as hope that you comprehend what a powerful job you are always accomplishing training most people thru your web site. I know that you've never met all of us.

Picking out flowers is always tricky, My partner and i can't predict which kind, coloring, smell, hight connected with plants for getting. Sometimes I merely just click all-around aimlessly and pay attention to what inside budget range and purchase which.

Paul,

That's an interesting take on the internal politics of Italy. I understand that key people may be beyond the reach of the Italian court because of their connections to Berlusconi. But I wonder, how exactly is it in their interest to bring the case against Google in the first place?

The reason I ask is that it seems all too symptomatic of America envy. Nowhere is that sentiment stronger than in the Internet sector of EU countries. No one minds criminally convicting people of things they didn't do as long as those people are rich and powerful.

I found an interesting take on it here: http://legalmatch.typepad.com/intellectualproperty/

While most of the news media and political commentators are looking at the recent Italian court decision against Google from the freedom of expression angle, the more accurate analysis of the Italian court decision is the power of Silvio Berlusconi, politics and money. As recent events in Italy have undoubtedly shown, the changes to the judicial system that Berlusconi and his cronies in government have pursued are not based on issues related to democracy, the rule of law, or good government but on protecting the financial interests and political power of Silvio Berlusconi and his allies. For people knowledgeable on how Italian society functions, the latest court decision against three Google executives is more about protecting the business and political interests of Silvio Berlusconi and his friends in government than it is about Google and the Internet.

"...they did not appear it, film, or have any role..." appear "in".
"...showing four youths in Turin bulling a 17-year old..." "bullying"
Does anybody proof their work anymore? What does Italy think Google can do to prevent these postings? Hire 10,000 people to view content of uploads every day? It is through complaint that a random video is brought to light for questionable content and ultimately used to apprehend dumb criminals. They should be thanking Google, not convicting them.
