As we all know with underground mining there is always that risk.But with the violations performance mining had with ventilation i would come to believe it was more than a risk for them to be down there.Massey Energy was aware of the problem they just avoided it and it will happen again if new laws aren’t made.More strict laws is what i pray for so we can be more likely to not be in this situation again.
