Or, the smart, enterprising criminal (the kind that don’t pull of heists that’ll get your hair test, honestly) will just get some beer from other states to drink after his crimes. :)

Probably easier to shave – though you gotta remember to do more than the head :)

Ha. When I read the title I thought you were talking about that party-loving group of bears, the beer bears. And how well they do as witnesses in wildlife crimes. Man, if only more than 2 people in the world would get it I’d SO cartoon that one up!
