		<description>I wonder if you can lose or gain this ability.  I used to be able to sleep through anything, then because I had taken a night job, I started wearing earplugs and an eye mask to be sure I got a deep sleep, now suddenly I find it much much harder to sleep through noises even though the night job is long over.</description>
