Presently scientists don&#039;t know the nature of Radiation &amp; How it transforms into matter(mass)-the basics. Only unified Micro/Macro/Understanding of spatial/propagational/parameters will solve this riddle: Convertibility, Equivalency, Conservancy,etc.  E=C &amp; 0c. -VG</description>

Too often theories are stated as truths before they are tested or observed only for the statement makers to have to go back and adjust their theorums because the evidence shows differently.</description>
