I&#039;ll wager neither of you to have actually BEEN to the N.W.T.

They are being OVERRUN by polar bears.  They are breeding like rabbits because the seal populations are also on the rise (one of their main sources of food).   Not to mention the tundra animals that make up a lot of their diet too.

Oh - they are migratory predators...so where the food goes, so do they.  It is no wonder that if you only look in one spot, you will see them &quot;decline&quot;.

I challenge you to &quot;think&quot; before you go blaming some nameless corporation.
