		<description>Was about to say that even suggesting this is likely due to climate change is irresponsible, but Discover more or less beat me to it. Too many factors could result in that small of a change.

Any conclusion without an unreasonably large test range could only be attributed to bad science or fishing for data to support a conclusion.</description>
