Just a quick note for today: my friends at Slacker Astronomy had me on their show once again, proving that not all scientists can learn from their past mistakes. This is not a scripted show, but more of a chit-chat where we discuss allegations of NASA image altering, creationism, pizza, and Mad Cow Disease, and of course a minor amount of flirting and other silliness.
For the first few minutes of the show you get to hear a great Saturday Night Live skit with Will Ferrell imitating Harry Caray doing a wacky interview about astronomy. It’s pretty funny.

Nice banter guys! Dont have coast-to-coast where I live and could get to hear you talk BA. Slacker guys are doing a great job too. Well, now I’ve got two sites to visit and keep a tab on!

Nice stuff. I dont have access to coast to coast where i live. So nice hearing you “talk” about stuff BA. Have been a major of fan of your site ever since i stumbled upon it via APOD. Thanks for pointing to another nice site (slacker guys).

Shameless plug: I do a weekly podcast called Friday Coffeeblogging with some friends. We’re media/internet professionals who hang out at a coffee joint in Burlington, Vermont and gab about whatever is on our minds. We don’t do much astro stuff, though 2/3 of our team are amateur astronomers. Mostly we talk internet, pop culture, movies, coffee, whatever….
