Update: Randi/Amaz!ng Poster on Ebay…

I just remembered to check how well the poster from The Amaz!ng Meeting 4 did on Ebay.

It sold for over $900! Not bad. It’s nice to know that money goes toward an organization dedicated– and I mean dedicated — to teaching people to think critically.

    Phil -

Before you go overboard for this guy (Randi), you might want to take a look at what a fellow astronomer and skeptic thought of Randi’s CSICOP organization and some of their tactics -

Phew, that link Dave listed re the Randi/KZA/Gardiner/Rawlins publishing affair, was some read. Gardiner I knew as a youngster reading Scientific American, and Randi for his world wide appearances debunking the paranormal. Though I could not understand why a popular local TV host threw him off his live show. This was probably 20 years ago. Never heard of the others, maybe just as well!

They should have also sold a limited number of prints for us skeptics that aren’t rolling in the money.
