The republicans don’t have a monopoly on stretching the truth (and outright lies) science or otherwise. I would wonder if a scientific political party would work, but then I recall the “Natural Law Party” they sound quite logical until you look at some of their practices, one of which was “Flying” by getting into the half lotus position and repelling off of a rubber mat.

When ANY political group references you, it’s a good bet they have an agenda. Next thing you know, the caucus will be inviting you to speak at their fund raisers. Demand a really good hotel view of the Washington monument. It will continually remind you what really counts in the USA,,, a really big,,,monument,,,

I see links to BA all over the place, especially science sites for kids. Most recent sighting was in an article on Hollywood physics (bad physics in movies). I was thinking that the article seemed Phil-ish; the author links to Bad Astronomy at the bottom of the page.
