Face the face »

Face the music

NEWS FLASH!

A new video has been found in the NASA archives from the Mars Viking missions. Given the volatile nature of this footage, I suspect that NASA will not be releasing it any time soon.

But I also suspect that Hoagland won’t be happy with it either…

Stunning Viking Mars face video.

Tip o’ the sequined beret to the discotacular Rebecca, who will go astronomical units out of her way to make me look silly. But you should buy her calendar anyway.

Not since Pluto was demoted have I been at such a loss for the proper words…

    What the deuce?

Stewie’s quote aside, that was hilarious!

I’m not so sure “slightly” was the right word.

Even at work where my PC is super-fast, all I see is a pair of scissors in high heels on a door. It’s still loading…loading…How long does it take for something to happen? Now I’m so curious.

Sadly, that image is going to stay with me for a long time…

    That was weirdly amusing. ((-8~

It would be more amusing, though, if the Mars face was dancing with another figure that had Hoagland’s head.

Didn’t anyone else push the elevator buttons to the right? As if I needed any more reason for the people at work to think I’m insane.

I had flashbacks to the movie “Pricilla Queen of the Desert”.

Yes, I also pushed the elevator buttons to get the different hairdos.

If I didn’t know it was the “face on Mars” I would have assumed it was somebody wearing an old hockey goalie mask like Jason in those horror movies. Which I guess would make the video even more disturbing.
