Hey Phil, (and all the “hangers-on”), have a great trip over the mountains. You will be further away from us on the other side of the Pacific, but still as close as ever I hope when you get settled and in the swing of blogging again, seriously.

By the way you won’t forget to put your clock ahead whatever, will you? On the blog, I mean. I guess we will all have to remember to use Mountain time in future when we make our comparisons.

Enjoy the trip, drive safely over the mountains, and may the transition to the new home, neighborhood, schools, and city be without major problems. I guess your leaving has done something to those of us (at least me) remaining in the Golden State, though: I can no longer get the blog to appear in my e-mail.
