Hamming it up

PZ has the goods on the new "Creation Museum".

Too bad you can’t satirize something so dumb. But watch the video through to the end!

That’s strange. I don’t recall making such a movie(nods wisely while scratching beard and ingesting more bud).

Southern accents are SOOOO funny,,,and of course, as a musician, I can’t help but pick it up,,,

Ever see the Family Guy take on Cosmos if it were done
    by rednecks? It’s on YouTube.

The Universe was created – hundreds and hundreds of years ago.

I, too, find this short film highly amusing. I do find myself somewhat disappointed that I’m not related to these guys. It would reflect favorably on my creative abilities. Of which I have none.

Just to be fair, I watched a few others of their little videos. I’m forced to question whether they are human – since consistently funny humans are more rare than hen’s teeth.

Almost as good as the Family Guy’s take on the Big Bang.

    • About Bad Astronomy

Phil Plait, the creator of Bad Astronomy, is an astronomer, lecturer, and author. After ten years working on Hubble Space Telescope and six more working on astronomy education, he struck out on his own as a writer. He's written two books, dozens of magazine articles, and 12 bazillion blog articles. He is a skeptic and fights the abuse of science, but his true love is praising the wonders of real science.

"If things worked the way I wanted them to, any reporter about to do another 'sensational' story on deadly meteors would consult this volume, and bang! common sense would find its way into the news. How strange would that world be?"
