		<description>I saw both the Phoenix and Dawn satellites (Okay, they were faired in the Delta IIs) in Kennedy last month, with thunderheads rolling in behind them, and both have now been delayed from weather. I&#039;ll repeat what I said about Dawn: Kind of a sucky place to shoot off rockets, really.</description>
