I'm proficient in conversational Gray, and this is just the kind of graffiti they leave on our planet. It looks like bragging about commiting a crime of some kind... roughly, the culprit disguised itself as a human, told some humans that your technology is too primitive to reach your moon (It is, in fact, exceptional for a spicies at your evolutionary level) ... the humans believed it... a human punched the culprit... and the rest is cursing at this human.
