Crazy day

Today is a crazy day. I have deadlines for the book very soon, appointments to rush to, a concert by the Little Astronomer to attend, and on top of it all two of my recent posts are getting crazy traffic (Fark picked up the Bigfoot on Mars post, and the asteroid 2007 TU24 doomcryer slapdown is getting some attention too) so I have to nurse the server through it.

In other words, I probably won’t be posting much more today. You’ll see more of me tomorrow, I hope.

    Boy that is sloooooooooooooow today.

You definitely need a better server, or you have to get rid of those new visitors.

Congrats on the high traffic Phil! I’m still waiting on your friend from Minnesota’s evolution programming suggestions, but I think it’ll be worth the wait. Cheers, and keep it up!

You know why there’s only two-count them-a measly two other posts in this thread? You wanna know? It’s ’cause NO ONE CARES about your pathetic domestic problems and lame excuses for not posting more stuff. We only care about you posting… more stuff. Stuff is life. Keep us all alive.

    Also, send cash.

Would you mind posting traffic info after everything dies down (if it hasn’t already)? I’d be interested to see just how powerful the fark and digg effects are when it comes to articles astronomical in nature.

I really wonder what you all think about this interview with several presidential candidates on astronomy…some are simply ridiculous..
