It’s awesome you do some publicity for “Are We Alone.” I may be biased (full disclosure: I was an intern there,) but I think it’s one of the best science podcasts ever! Everybody should listen to it!

As a Trekki of loooong standing(from the first TV showing in ’66), one who has traveled around the world several times, raised three successful children and is generally self sufficient, I fail to see how that appellation is valid. Nerd is just another name for a being of intelligence, passion and hope.

Speaking of brains on vacation: I watched one ep of “the new voyages” and after seeing the Enterprise skid through space like the Duke boys and do barrel rolls I decided the people behind might be big trek fans but their talent ended there.

Every time I click on the comments following an article, it takes several minutes to load. Is there some way of streamlining the process? Is there something that takes up an insane amount of disk space in each comments section? Maybe take out some of the photos?
