It’s awesome you do some publicity for “Are We Alone.” I may be biased (full disclosure: I was an intern there,) but I think it’s one of the best science podcasts ever! Everybody should listen to it!

As a Trekki of loooong standing(from the first TV showing in ‘66), one who has traveled around the world several times, raised three successful children and is generally self sufficient, I fail to see how that appellation is valid. Nerd is just another name for a being of intelligence, passion and hope.
