Missed a meeting, huh?  In most organizations, the quickest way to get elected/appointed to a position is to be absent when the decision is made.  This is a subtle way to encourage attendance.</description>

		<description>I think the best thing about FaceBook groups is that it alerts your friends - they can see what groups you join; and of course you can specifically invite them to join too.  It&#039;s really about spreading awareness and networking, I think - getting all the like-minded people in one place.</description>
