I'm also a designer but I don't normally do logos. You need to hire a professional. The identity of the show needs to stand on it's own. Also I think the title "Skeptologists" is too obscure. It's not a word that can be immediately understood by a wide variety of people from different backgrounds. It needs additional context and clarification, which isn't a good thing.
