Sort of a year-2000 problem, but without the easy hacks we employed at the cost of billions. Sure, it's easy to think that we'll have upgraded to 64-bit machines by then, and won't be using any of the software currently in production . . . but that's the kind of thinking they had in 1970 as well. This is another case where science and reality is way more interesting than superstition:
