		<description>This is another case where science and reality is way more interesting than superstition:

I&#039;m interested in the coming catastrophe in 2042 when the clocks in 32-bit computers and software roll over.  Sort of a year-2000 problem, but without the easy hacks we employed at the cost of billions.

Sure, it&#039;s easy to think that we&#039;ll have upgraded to 64-bit machines by then, and won&#039;t be using any of the software currently in production . . . but that&#039;s the kind of thinking they had in 1970 as well.</description>
