Are you suggesting that the sun is the same size as the moon? Having said that I thought the earth looked about 3 or 4 times the apparent size of the moon when viewed from the moon? I wouldn't be surprised that the lens used on the camera and the aperture helped make the earth look smaller that it was too. Joe, why does the sun look moon sized when seen from the earth?
