I had an absolute BLAST listening to you speak today at D-con! You and the other wonderful skeptics have made this convention a MILLION times more appealing. Since I’m not able to travel to the BIG skeptic gatherings… being able to partake in this was an absolutely amazing experience for me.
Thank you for signing my book,… and I can’t wait till your new creation comes out! See ya’ next year at the Con (I hope!).

Oh, Frak!

I thought I had given myself plenty of time to get to your talk yesterday. Left Cartersville(42 miles) at 10:45 am, but by the time I found a parking place, picked up my tickets and found the room you were talking in, it was 2:40 PM. Frak!!! Couldn’t even get in to see Randi, as his room was filled to overflow,,,
There were a LOT of people at this Con, enough to pack the Hilton, Sheraton and Marriot hotels. Public parking for a mile around was full.
You guys(Phil and Randi) are just getting WAY too popular,,,Oh, wait, maybe that’s a GOOD thing,,,

Maybe next time, Phil,,,

PS I DID get to hear the editor of Skeptical Inquirer do his talk about Lake monsters,,,and the costumes people were wearing were,,,interesting.

totaly ended up here by accident after tryign to find the shelflife of maplesyrup , to the jelly stain that lookss liek north america ,to this dragon con post and weridest thign is theres people i knwo on here posting , /wave luis and was old guildie of larianlequella in daoc lol >strange world that a strange conicedental spot of jelly leads to coincendental ahy i know that guy thing lol

This con must’ve grown by leaps and bounds… I remember going to one back in the early 90′s, and was pretty much bored out of my mind! If you see any of the staff from Games Quarterly in attendance, tell them I said hi.

Finally, you’re in MY neighborhood. OK! SO! I don’t have to be at work until 11pm tomorrow night(Friday), so, assuming there are any tickets left, I’ll see you, maybe around the 1 pm time slot. Can only stay until around 9pm, but that should be enough of a SciFi and Phil fix,,,

Later Mr. Pres(man, I wish leaders with IQs higher than 130 could actually get elected,ah well, maybe in a thousand years, or so).

I’ll be at Dragon Con and Skeptics in the Pub. It would probably be illegal if I didn’t since I live in Atlanta. This will be my first Dragon Con and I can’t wait to take my kids to the Star Trek room. My 5 year old loves TNG and we have been watching them for the last few weeks getting ready. I’m new to the Skeptics community and I’m looking forward to hopefully meetingt some of the people I’ve been reading about. I just stared reading the Bad Astronomy book. My son asked me a few weeks ago why the sky was blue, and now I can actually answer him.
