		<description>I&#039;ve always thought it was going east that was the most difficult -- you have to get up earlier in the morning.  When friends and family travel west to Alaska, mornings are easier and they get tired earlier but seem to recover from jet lag more quickly.  When they go east to their home, or when we go visit them, it&#039;s really hard to get up at 7 a.m. when that&#039;s really 3 a.m. to us.</description>

My own experience with international travel is that when traveling east, it&#039;s fairly easy to get to sleep early and play catch up to your new location. When traveling back to Co., it will be quite a bit more tasking, as your body thinks it&#039;s late, but the sun keeps saying &quot;howdy&quot; at the ungodly hour of midnight(body time).
