And later breaking out. That seems to be that. The 'constellation of Kasterborous' was first mentioned in the Tom Baker story 'Pyramids of Mars'. The term constellation seems completely out of place. Perhaps the TARDIS translation system is substituting a more familiar phrase for something we humans don't yet understand :-).
