hoofbeats = horses? I’m not so sure that’s true… call me skeptical if you want, but I was taught in school that just because a horse has 4 feet does not mean that everything with 4 feet is a horse.

There are lots of things with hooves that aren’t horses. When in doubt be empirical and don’t prejudge your data.
