From my experiences I have found that there seems to be a high level of woo endemic to the islands so that should make for some interesting interactions with skeptics.

Zucchi beat me to it; most ships nowadays are big hotels that happen to float, and ugly to boot. They look top-heavy, too, though I know that they aren't. Still, yikes!
BUT as James Randi points out, you wouldn't really notice once your aboard. (Reminds me of an anecdote I read about a young passenger aboard the Normandie, the famous Atlantic liner from the 1930's... it was so much like being inside a posh hotel, that the young lad commented something to the effect of "yes, it's nice, but where's the ship?")

Holy cow! Word police! (Do I lose points for "Holy cow"?)

As for the cruise ship, once you're at sea, you don't have to look at the profile...

I'm disappointed that you are giving tacit support to the cruise ship industry. :(

I suggest that the word police show a badge before attempting to issue a corrective citation...

I'm dead-set against mangled communications, but geez...an attack on an exclamation mark used as a sort of logo?

While the letters S,h,a,r,k,w,e,e,k when put together looks like a word, it's not a real name and should not be used as such.

My God, that's an ugly ship. An oblong hotel that happens to float; guess we won't see elegant ocean liners again.
