     @Jens....that seems like a lot to have removed from one&#039;s income...but then the list of items provided for it is even more impressive.   It would be interesting to see what America would look like under a similar plan. 
     I assume, though that your tax rate is on a Federal level.   Are there local taxes, sales/VAT on food and other items too?    If so, what does that add to the tax burden.    Also, is the system a &quot;progressive&quot; one where much lower incomes have credits applied to leave them with more cash, or is it a flat tax?</description>

		<description>As a well-paid Dane I pay over 50% of my income to taxes. Taxes which, aside from making schools and universities free, health care free, pensions free, etc, also go to needy organizations including foreign support. As a Dane, your call for extra support has no effect on me. Just want to make that clear.
