We've asked our Engineering Department to build us a rocket, but they are currently in full-on revolt. We've also asked NASA to help us: http://rubberchickensociety.wordpress.com/2012/04/25/wherein-i-write-an-open-letter-to-nasa/, but I couldn't find any good email addresses for them, so I only sent the above letter to "hq," whatever that is.
