Gee, I can remember a time when Brent Spiner not only didn't do conventions, he didn't want to appear in public or on ST:TNG without his Data makeup, in case anyone recognised him on the street! Nice to see him getting amongst it. Marina Sirtis came to at least one of our Conquests in Brisbane in the nineties.
Minor nitpick - it's LeVar Burton. The opening credits of ST:TNG went to upper and lower case from about the fourth season, so that LeVar Burton's name could be written that way.

You forgot to mention Jane Espenson's most important credit - Wil Wheaton's "TableTop" on Geek'n'Sundry!

Great slide show, (can't get enough shots of KG) especially the last pic with the cartoon dialogue, but after hearing the news from this year's Comic Con, I'm obsessed with only one thought -

GODZILLA!

I find it hugely ironic that Jon Spaihts was there, given the butchering science received in Prometheus in all its forms (genetics, geology, zoology, astronomy, astrophysics, physics) as well as spirit.

And whilst I can see how it could have been Lindelof's rewrites that were responsible for the distracting maiming, I'm not entirely convinced since he goes on to say that his research involved decidedly nonscientific speculation about what is, at most, a curious mystery.

Anyhow, the panel sounds like it was good fun; hopefully a video can find its way onto the web.

That can't be the real Zach Weiner -- he's wearing a shirt!

Did you happen to notice a LOTR Ringwraith wandering about? Adam Savage!
