NASA vs. 7-up

Looks like the debris falling off of the shuttle wasn’t nothing after all — NASA has grounded all shuttle missions until further notice. Sounds like the astronauts are going to be okay, but I’m thinking maybe Hubble’s SM4 instruments should enter this 7-up contest.

    NASA is not doing a good job at projecting an image of steadfast competence. Between this and the Moon-Mars vision, it’s going to be hard to get any money for science at all.

    It’s real comforting that NASA says this latest tile damage is nothing to worry about. Not like they’ve ever been wrong about that before.
