Identity theft can be as easy as going into one's garbage?:)But really who had such a global vision to realize that all these bits and pieces are connected into a "vaster vision"?

Often piece meal is information such, that you have to continue the search, and you find who people are, as in Sean's new posting. Is it reliable, being reported twenty times?

So you find after a time, hey, there is some tangible proof for some of these ideas. But where did this story originate from?

The fact that cosmic variance admins have the backgrounds they do, creates a certain safety net in terms of what science can be corrected.
Mark,

Contrary to the blogger ethos, there was no link to the "sexual exhibitionists masturbating in their bedrooms with webcams", but I suppose you cannot blame them for this small negligence.

(and yes, it is refreshing to see journalists NOT engaging in self-censorship)

best,

Moshe

Nice interview and amen on British journalism.

The only MSM I look for to get the news is the BBC, though post-Hutton it is somewhat disappointing ( In contrast, BBC stood up to Churchill when he termed the BBC the 'enemy within' for reporting Allied losses during WWII). Of course, it is called the 'Baghdad Broadcasting Corporation'. I find their business news is outstanding in terms of coverage (world wide) and quality of analysts (not the kind which tell you which stock to buy).

But I am told Germany has excellent public (commercial-free) TV (ARD) with superb worldwide coverage as well.
