		<description>On the subject of empathy, the President's form of Compassionate Conservatism, which one would imagine in a world that didn't mistake up for down, should have at its core the concept of one person empathizing with the plight of another and working to help ease the other's burden. Unfortunately, in the real world, Compassionate Conservatism means exactly the opposite and seems to be whole-heartedly embraced now by the National Guard:

The folks at CNN also seem to have caught on to how the Great Leader's dealing with this tragedy,

Maybe if the people of New Orleans all had $20000 or so to donate to the Shrub and the Republican Party, aid would be rushing down there faster than Condi can buy shoes.</description>
