		<description>40% of Pakistan&#039;s population is in the under-15 age group.  Good schools are in short supply; and the earthquake in Kashmir struck early in the school day. Some of the most sorrowful scenes are of the brick and cement structures with a reinforced concrete roof that have simply pancaked; the walls crumbled and the roof crushing everyone underneath - teachers and students.

One is lucky to go to school; it should not turn out so horribly.</description>
