		<description>The reason is very mundane. Some near neighbor has their computer relaying the NASA web-feed via one of those nifty TV relayer cards so he/she can watch it on a TV for convenience somewhere else. The channel it broadcasts on just happens to be the same as the baby monitor (these things usually use the same 1 or 2 unused channels to prevent interference with normal TV channels.</description>
