That I look like I'm in my 20's Im good at fixing things and solving puzzles I feel like I'm 16 my daughter is 15. When we are out people think we are friends is this be cause of my dad or because my mom was so young. So was it fresh eggs or aged sperm?

I think you are looking at this a little wrong. I I think it means if you dad and grandfather were around mid 30s when they reproduced then that might be beneficial because your dna hasn't yet deteriorated to to point of detriment of offspring. Now if your dad is around 60 then it will be more likely be not beneficial thanks to deteriorated genetic passing. I I think there is a cutoff point where it is beneficial and where it is not. I that point may be mid 30s early 40s.

My father had me at 62, I dont have any major genetic defects that I know of except that I'm a bit near-sighted and I may possibly have ADD, and I've always been above average in my class early in school and colleage. And my frends and family have always commented about how I look years yonger than I really am. Im 25yo and often mistaken for 18 or even 15. Could this be asociated with my telometer lenght?
