Fruit juice is also corrosive.
Adding the word 'dangerously' makes me quite curious as to what 'Flavoring Component No. 1' is and how diluted it is in Pepsi.
But it's important to remember that everything is poisonous in large enough quantities.
The question is: If corrosiveness is the issue in focus, just how corrosive is the finished Pepsi product?

but citric acid is common in fruits and phosphoric acid, though a corrosive, is not toxic when diluted. Anyway, i rarely drink sodas anyway, it feels as if its burning your throat when you drink it.

Could you elaborate on what ingredient is corrosive? Without any kind of factual evidence, it's unlikely most people will listen. To the general public, just to hear that this item causes cancer or this food ingredient is "corrosive" doesn't make them change, it makes them drown out those vague messages of warning. So, please, make me believe Pepsi isn't the innocuous substance millions of people know and love.
