		<description>Well duh, I knew this.  This has been known for some time.  Read some vegetarian literature--t is in there-- as well as the fact that becoming a vegetarian can reverse--yes, folks--reverse heart disease in a very significant percentage of the population.  Let the animals stay in the field and you'll be browsing longer yourself.</description>
