		<description>The emwave is an amazing tool.  I try to use it daily.  I find it most useful first thing in the morning and the last thing before I go to bed.  I also use it throughout the day when I need to shift my energy or focus.  I have see the long term results of using Heartmath since I have been using it for over 10 years.  I had the PC version of the emwave but bought the handheld as soon as it came out.  The beauty of the handheld is the you can use it in the car, sitting at your computer, on your walk, while cooking dinner or while you are meditating.  The more you use it the more practice your body gets at being in a coherent state.  Just like anything else the more you practice the better you become.  I like to be in a coherent state as much as possible because that means I am &quot;in the zone&quot; all systems are working in concert together and I feel great.  I can focus and be my best.</description>
