		<description>...correct me if I&#039;m wrong, but if the carbon dioxide is safely held in the ocean water, isn&#039;t it a bad idea to turn it into fuels which, when combusted, will release the carbon dioxide into the atmosphere where it can actually worsen the greenhouse effect?</description>
