There are inherent risks. We as the consumers propagate oil drilling with its inherent risks. Can you even imagine the level of knowledge and technology that was used to deal with the aftermath? Don't think this video helps the public consciousness with regards to the complications in these issues and risks, and what decisions we face moving forward. Although it was mildly amusing.
