Put curved or straight barbells in them. You can bend them to fit better. Clean them often. Once they heal, start stretching them to a bigger gauge until you're sure they can handle the weight. They mainly do genital stuff, but I'm pretty sure if you sent them a designed they could do it easy. The more metal your body has to encapsulate, the longer it will take, and the more likely infection will win out. This might have worked if the plate was left under the skin without the post holes.
