Also, I know you were joking but isn&#039;t French culture in Quebec and France a tiny bit more exclusive (racist?) than those surrounding it.  I&#039;ve heard some pretty unbelievable stories about black hockey players growing up in that area. Just seeing if anyone knows...</description>
