		<description>Not that my feedback here will actually cause changes in Discover&#039;s survey, but I found a couple of points that the survey makers may want to consider next time:

They omitted &quot;construction/engineering&quot; from the fields of employment. No, the construction I work in is not real estate development, anymore, and it&#039;s not &quot;architecture&quot;. It&#039;s heavy public works construction.

The job titles were skewed towards distinguishing between high-level corporate positions, and lump all technical positions in with everything else as &quot;other&quot;. The &quot;administration&quot; was pretty unclear, too.</description>
